Project People

The Project has a full time Project Manager and part time Administrator (3.5 days) based at SDC in Edinburgh, and a full time Project Coordinator based at the STAKES Satellite Office in Vaasa, Finland.

The project also has some dedicated research capacity to support its wider activities.

Project lead Dr. Allyson McCollam, SDC Chief Executive, and Eija Stengard, Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre within STAKES are also actively involved in the project, and provide management to staff based within each partner organisation. They are also jointly responsible for liaison with funding bodies. Day to day project management responsibility sits with SDC staff in Edinburgh.

From time to time the project calls on experts from policy, technical or other fields to work on specific tasks in the project workplan.
