SOCIAL FIRMS, EMPLOYMENT AND QUALITY OF LIFE:COMMON STRATEGIES FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION IN EUROPE

CEFEC, in conjunction with ARIA are organising the 21st CEFEC Conference which is taking place in Lison, Portgual from 26th-28th June, 2008.

This conference will cover:

  • Employment as a route to Social Inclusion
  • Using the opportunity of Free work transit in Europe
  • The role of Social Firms in improving the Quality of Life
  • The importance of sustained employment in the recovery of people with mental health problems and other disabilities

The Conference aims to improve employment programmes for people by:

  • Increasing the visibility of CEFEC as a useful organisation
  • Creating the opportunity for CEFEC members to have an overview of the presentation in Portugal in the field of employment initiatives
  • Discussing the role of Social Firms and other alternative forms of work integration in Europe
  • Covering the traditional issues associated with CEFEC conferences
