SMES-Europa is organising a conference in Rome from 23rd to 25th January 2008.   Rome was chosen because it was here, 15 years ago, SMES-Europa began with its first European Seminar. 

The aim of the conference is to :

1.   Look back at what has changed in the last 15 years.  Is this for the better or worse?

2.   Look forwards at perspectives and proposals for the future establishment of effective rights and access to health and social services.
