The NHS Health Scotland WHO Collaborating Centre on Stigma and Discrimination has published an International Briefing Paper and Practical Toolkit on combatting stigma. The resources were developed by a small group of experts led by the Scottish Development Centre for Mental Health. The group consulted countries across the WHO Europe region. The resources were launched at a conference in Edinburgh in late April.
