RAISING AWARENESS AND RECOGNITION FOR BIPOLAR DISORDER

The aim of this new survey is to gain a better understanding of Bipolar Depression which in turn will  identify the right expertise required to assist a new project in creating a global website for people living with bipolar depression (BPD).   The idea being that people with BPD will design the website themselves.

The survey will allow you to contribute your views as a patient, carer or patient group on bipolar disorder and should take about 15 minutes to complete.
